Secondary @ Kensington School

In the course of Key Stage 3, children work to develop a range of academic, personal, social, creative and technical skills, with a particular focus on the application of those skills through the medium of English, Spanish and French. Children study using texts and methodologies current in both British and International education, with particular reference to the English National Curriculum, developing the skills to be academically successful in any English-language environment, anywhere in the world, while gaining a firm grounding in the language and culture of Spain.

By the age of 14, a Kensington student should be a responsible, internationally-minded individual with strong study, organization and teamwork skills, prepared to continue their studies in the Cambridge EFL and IGCSE English exams, the French DELF, and with a strong preparation for success in the Spanish bachillerato.
